With 33,000 hectares, over 90% of its land remains preserved, and 12,000 hectares are integrated into the Grande Sertão Veredas National Park, forming a biological corridor that provides a sanctuary for vulnerable species like the Giant Anteater, Maned Wolf, and Jaguar.
The lodge prioritizes eco-friendly practices with solar water heating, LED lighting, and the use of reclaimed wood in construction. Locally sourced food from the farm's vegetable garden and clay-filtered water refills help reduce plastic waste. The gift shop supports small artisans through the Artesol cooperative, aligning with regenerative tourism principles.
