Spread across 20 floors, Fasano São Paulo Itaim’s 107 apartments (30–190 m²) offer six categories of refined living. Rooms blend generations of Brazilian design, pairing Sergio Rodrigues’ Vronka armchair with Jader Almeida’s Matriz sofa and Studio MK27’s slatted bench. Suites feature vintage Italian images, personally curated by Gero Fasano during his travels, adding a touch of timeless charm.
