Arrival to Manaus
Overnight: Villa AmazoniaÂ
Arrive in Manaus, the gateway to the Amazon Rainforest. After a private transfer to Villa Amazonia, a stylish boutique hotel, take some time to relax in its lush garden or by the pool. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner showcasing Amazonian ingredients before resting up for your adventure ahead.Â

Anavilhanas National Park
Overnight: Anavilhanas Lodge
Take a private charter flight over the iconic “Meeting of the Waters,” where the dark RÃo Negro and light Solimões rivers converge without mixing for miles. Upon arrival at Anavilhanas Lodge, sit on the edge of the mighty RÃo Negro and settle into your nature-immersed lodge, a sanctuary of tranquility. The afternoon is spent exploring the surrounding forest by canoe, listening to the symphony of the jungle as you paddle through the igapós (flooded forests). Wake early for a magical sunrise boat ride, witnessing the vibrant colors of the Amazonian sky reflected in the calm waters. Afterward, visit a local riverside community to learn about their traditional way of life. Engage in hands-on activities, from fishing to learning local handicrafts, and gain insight into their sustainable practices in harmony with nature. The evening is yours to relax or enjoy some bow-and-arrow practice, a fun and cultural experience led by the Waimiri-Atroari people.Â

Dryland Forest Hike & Jungle Survival

Embark on a guided hike through the Amazon’s dryland forest. Alongside an expert guide, discover the incredible biodiversity of the region, identifying medicinal plants, giant trees, and spotting colorful birds and monkeys. Afterward, learn essential jungle survival techniques, from sourcing water to setting up a makeshift shelter—skills that indigenous people have perfected over centuries.Â

Uncover Anavilhanas Archipelago & Fly to Cerrado
Overnight: B Hotel
Spend the morning exploring the intricate labyrinth of waterways that form the Anavilhanas Archipelago, one of the largest river archipelagos in the world. Keep your eyes peeled for pink river dolphins and exotic bird species. After this enchanting experience, board a private flight to Manaus and a commercial flight to BrasÃlia, where you’ll stay at the contemporary Hotel B, resting before your next adventure in the Cerrado.Â

Fly to Trijunção & Fat Tire Bikes to Araras Lake
Overnight: Pousada Trijunção
After a scenic charter flight into the remote Brazilian Cerrado, check into the charming Pousada Trijunção, a lodge dedicated to wildlife conservation. In the afternoon, explore the area on fat-tire bikes, cycling to the picturesque Lagoa das Araras (Parrot Lagoon) just as the sun begins to set. Here, you’ll witness a spectacular display as vibrant macaws return to their nests in the towering buriti palms.Â
Day 7
Maned Wolf Safari & Botanical Trail
Overnight: Pousada Trijunção
Before dawn, set off on a safari to spot the elusive maned wolf, one of the Cerrado’s most iconic endangered species. Guided by the Onçafari team, your open-vehicle tour will provide chances to spot other wildlife, like armadillos and giant anteaters. Later in the day, explore the Botanical Trail, a guided sensory journey that introduces you to the unique plant species of the Cerrado, some of which are used for medicinal purposes and local crafts.Â

Morning Safari & Fly to Caiman Lodge
Overnight: Caiman Lodge
Rise early for a final morning safari before your charter flight to the Pantanal. Upon arriving at Caiman Lodge, you’ll settle into this eco-conscious lodge renowned for its pioneering conservation work. In the afternoon, enjoy a canoe ride across the tranquil waters, spotting birdlife and soaking in the beauty of the expansive wetlands.Â

Onçafari Jaguar Conservation Program

Today, join the Onçafari Jaguar Conservation Program – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to observe jaguars in their natural habitat. Accompanied by expert guides and biologists, track these majestic creatures and learn about the critical efforts being made to protect them. The experience supports ongoing conservation, helping ensure the future of these magnificent cats in the wild.Â

Wildlife Safari & the Hyacinth Macaw Project
Overnight: Caiman Lodge
The morning begins with a wildlife safari, where you’ll have the chance to encounter caimans, capybaras, and hundreds of bird species. Afterward, visit the Hyacinth Macaw Project, where you’ll monitor the nests of these brilliant blue birds, one of the Pantanal’s most iconic species. This hands-on conservation experience is not only educational but directly contributes to the preservation of this endangered species.Â
Day 11
Pantanal Hike & Canoeing
Overnight: Caiman Lodge
Immerse yourself in the Pantanal’s ecosystem during a guided hike through its varied landscapes, spotting animals and learning about the delicate balance of the region. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful canoeing trip, paddling through the calm waters as you take in the stunning surroundings and reflect on the journey.Â

Departure
After a final breakfast at Caiman Lodge, transfer to the airport for your onward flight, leaving with a deeper connection to Brazil’s wild places and the impactful conservation efforts safeguarding its future.Â
